揭示物体接触现象引起的接触应力与变形的本质,给出赫茨接触应力公式,基于赫茨接触应力公式对某型号圆环链进行受力分析,对将进行有限元分析的圆环链模型进行合理、必要假设、简化,然后基于ANSYS建立了圆环链三维几何模型,在ANSYS中定义材质属性、施加约束和载荷,设置网格,最后在ANSYS中进行接触设置和有限元求解,并将有限元结果与赫兹解进行了比较,结果表明,有限元解与赫兹解具有良好的一致性,该研究方法的可靠性给进一步研究圆环链的优化设计提供了新的研究手段。

In this paper, the author revealed the nature of the contact stress and deformation caused by phenomenon of ob-jects contact, and gave Hirsch contact stress formulas. Based on Hirsch contact stress formula, the author analyzed a type round-link chain, and made ring chain model reasonable, necessary assumptions and simplify. Then, the author established cir-cle chain three-dimensional geometric model based on ANSYS. Finally, the author defined material attribute, constraint and load, setting up the grid, contact Settings and the finite element results finite element in ANSYS. Compared with Hertz solu-tion, the results showed that the finite element solutions had favorable consistency with Hertz solutions, which provided a new research method for further studying optimization design of circle chain.
