建立行业、企业、学校共同参与的机制，进一步发挥行业、企业在职业教育和培训中的重要作用，深化职业教育教学改革，加强专业、课程和教材建设，推行工学结合、校企合作、顶岗实习的职业人才培养模式，是突破高职院校办学瓶颈，实现高素质技能型人才培养目标，更好地服务地方经济建设的必经之路。文章通过介绍高职汽车技术服务类专业开设的背景及现状，提出了校内基地运行的模式以及培养方案制定思路，充分发挥校企合作中校方人才资源以及科研创新的优势，切实提高人才培养效率。

Building participation mechanism of industry, enterprise and school, further playing important role of industry and enterprises in vocational education and training, deepening reform of vocational education teaching, strengthening construction of specialty, curriculum and teaching material, implementing professional personnel training mode of work-integrated learning, cooperation between colleges and field work and higher vocational colleges are only way to breakthrough the bottleneck of running vocational colleges, realize training goals of high-quality skilled personnel, and better serve the local economic con-struction. The paper was introduced the background and present situation of higher vocational education automotive technolo-gy service, and proposed operation pattern of the campus base and training plan, give full play to the school's human re-sources, as well as the advantages of scientific innovation in university-enterprise cooperation in order to improve the efficien-cy of personnel training.
