世界首套甲醇制丙烯(MTP)工业装置在运行过程中遇到了一些问题,通过对其反应器进料系统进行技术改造,成功解决了换热器内漏、反应器进料温度偏低、蒸汽对反应系统干扰、外排废水量超量及外排废水超温等一系列问题,并且降低了装置能耗和设备投资,丙烯收率提高了1.5%,从而提高了经济效益。

The first industrial plant of methanol to propylene (MTP) in the world encountered some problems during test operation. A revamp for the reactor feeding system was implemented, by which, the problems of heat exchanger leakage, low inlet temperature of feedstock, interference of steam on synthesis reaction and excessive volume and too high temperature of the discharged wastewater were resolved, and the consumption of energy and the cost of equipment were reduced, furthermore, the yield of propylene increased by 1.5%, so the economic benefit was improved.
