为了确定一种新型的铜基中温变换催化剂的适宜工艺条件,考察了空速、汽气比、压力和CO浓度对催化剂性能的影响。结果表明:催化剂活性随空速和CO浓度增加而降低,随汽气比的增大而增大,适宜入口温度为220℃~240℃,压力为≥2.0MPa。
為瞭確定一種新型的銅基中溫變換催化劑的適宜工藝條件,攷察瞭空速、汽氣比、壓力和CO濃度對催化劑性能的影響。結果錶明:催化劑活性隨空速和CO濃度增加而降低,隨汽氣比的增大而增大,適宜入口溫度為220℃~240℃,壓力為≥2.0MPa。

To determine the operating conditions suitable for a novel copper-based medium temperature shift catalyst, the effects of feed gas space velocity, steam/feed gas ratio, pressure and CO concentration on the performances of catalyst were investigated. The result showed that the activity of the catalyst decreased with increasing feed gas space velocity and CO concentration, but increased with increasing steam/feed gas ratio, and the suitable entrance temperature and operating pressure were 220℃-240℃ and≥2.0MPa, respectively.
