以Co、Mo、Ni为活性组份,La为助剂,r-Al2O3为载体,通过沉淀法制备了NS-3型宽温加氢催化剂。考察了工艺条件对催化剂性能的影响并与工业催化剂JT-201-1进行了对比。进行了1000 h的寿命试验,并对新鲜催化剂和用后的催化剂进行了XRD和BET表征。结果表明:对于渍(乙硫醇)抑200×10-6,渍(C2H4)抑2.6%,渍(噻吩)抑50×10-6的焦炉煤气原料,在350℃~500℃,1.0MPa~2.0MPa,空速2000h-1~6000h-1的反应条件下,其乙硫醇转化率100%,噻吩转化率≥99%,烯烃转化率≥98%,明显优于对比催化剂。催化剂结构稳定,活性稳定性好。

The wide temperature hydroconversion catalyst NS-3 was prepared by co-precipitation method using Co, Mo and Ni as active components, La as promoter and r-Al2O3 as support. Effects of reaction conditions on the performances were investigated experimentally by comparing with a commercial catalyst JT-201-1, and a 1,000 hours endurance test was carried out. The fresh and used catalysts were characterized by XRD and BET. The results showed that for the coke oven gas feedstock containing ethanethiol, ethylene and thiophene volume fractions of about 200í10-6, 2.6% and 50í10-6, respectively, the conversions of ethanethiol, thiophene and ethylene could reach 100%, above 99% and above 98%, respectively, under the reaction conditions: 350℃-500℃, 1.0MPa-2.0MPa and GHSV of 2000h-1-6000h-1, which were much better than that of the comparative catalyst. The catalyst exhibited good stability of activity and structure.
