目的：探讨基底细胞痣综合征（BCNS）特征性的临床、影像及病理表现。方法对我院收治的2例经病理证实患者的临床及影像资料进行报道及回顾性分析，并进行相关文献复习。结果2例均有特征性的颌骨多发囊肿，肋骨分叉；其中1例有颅内异常钙化。结论目前文献对BCNS确诊的病例报道较少，由于BCNS具有临床及影像特征表现，因此提高对该病的认识，对临床早期诊断及治疗有积极的意义。
목적：탐토기저세포지종합정（BCNS）특정성적림상、영상급병리표현。방법대아원수치적2례경병리증실환자적림상급영상자료진행보도급회고성분석，병진행상관문헌복습。결과2례균유특정성적합골다발낭종，륵골분차；기중1례유로내이상개화。결론목전문헌대BCNS학진적병례보도교소，유우BCNS구유림상급영상특정표현，인차제고대해병적인식，대림상조기진단급치료유적겁적의의。
Objective To approach the clinical, imaging and pathological distinctive manifestation of basal cell nevus syndrome (BCNS). Methods The clinical and imaging festures of 2 cases of BCNS which had been con-firmed by pathology were retrospectively analyzed, and to review the relevant documents. Results The distinctive multiple cysts in jaws and ribs bifurcation could be found in 2 cases, intracalvarium abnormal calcificationg could be found in 1 case. Conclusion The reports about BCNS now are still less. Owing to the characteristic manifestation of BCNS both on clinic and the imaging, elevated recognition of this disease have proactive significance for the early di-agnosis and the therapy clinically.
