采用共沉淀法制备了添加铜促进剂的镍基天然气预转化催化剂,载体为稳定的镁铝尖晶石结构。采用固定床反应器进行了催化剂活性和稳定性评价。结果表明,催化剂在较低温度下即具有较好的转化活性,在200h实验过程中,天然气转化率一直保持在20%以上,说明催化剂具有良好的活性稳定性。

Magnesium-aluminum spinel supported Ni-based natural gas pre-reforming catalyst was prepared by co-precipitation method and using copper promoter. The activity and stability of the catalyst were evaluated in a fixed bed reactor. The results showed that the catalyst had good low temperature activity, and the conversion of natural gas remained above 20% during a 200 hours endurance test, which indicated that the activity stability of the catalyst was excellent.
