针对四川中部某油田乳化油泥含水率高,处理量大等特点,为满足原油回收或资源回用的要求,进行了低温下优选复配破乳实验。首先选用筛选出的8种商品破乳剂等量的对油泥进行单剂破乳,从中优选出5种单剂,然后利用优选出的单剂以1:1的比例复配出10种二元复配破乳剂,从中选出脱水率最高的破乳剂产品为T102+T104,再通过正交实验确定其最佳破乳条件。结果表明,最佳条件为:T102/T104质量比2:1,温度20℃,总加量为3330mg/kg,在此条件下,90min可完成脱水,且脱水率可达98.3%。

The optimization experiments for mixed demulsifiers were carried out under low temperature in order to meet the requirements of the recycling or reuse of the large volume emulsified sludge with high water content in a oilfield in central Sichuan. At first, five demulsifiers were selected from eight different commercial ones by single-agent experiments with the same dose. Then, the five selected single-agent demulsifiers were arranged in 10 pairs as the two-component mixed demulsifiers with a mass ratios of 1:1 and the dehydration efficiency of the mixed demulsifiers was evaluated to find out the best one which was T102+T104. Finally, the optimal demulsifying conditions for the best mixed demulsifier were determined by orthogonal experiments as follows: T102/T104 mass ratio of 2:1, 20℃, and T102+T104 total dose of 3330mg·kg-1. Under the optimized conditions, the dehydration rate could be up to 98.3%in a demulsification time of 90 min.
