为了从微观的角度了解改良ADA脱硫机理,采用循环伏安法研究了改良ADA脱硫工艺中含硫物质与ADA的反应机理。结果表明,溶液中ADA可以直接和仿H2S吸收液中的含硫物质发生反应,该反应过程分为初始快速反应阶段(前5s内)和慢速稳定反应阶段(5s之后)。通过对慢速稳定反应阶段中含硫物质和ADA的反应动力学研究表明,仿H2S吸收液中含硫物质和ADA反应为一级反应,速率常数为0.00175s-1。

In order to understand the desulfurization mechanism at microcosmic level, the reaction mechanism of sulfur-containing substances with ADA in the modified stretford process was investigated by using the cyclic voltammetry. The results showed that the ADA could directly react with sulfur-containing substances in the simulated H2S-absorbing liquid. The reaction process had a initial rapid reaction period of 5 seconds and a slow reaction period after 5 seconds. The kinetic study on the slow reaction period indicated that the reaction of sulfur-containing substances with ADA is a first-order reaction with the rate constant of 0.00175s-1.
