目的：结合病理表现，探讨分析纵隔神经源性肿瘤的多层螺旋CT（MSCT）表现特点。方法回顾性分析经手术及病理证实的17例纵隔神经源性肿瘤患者的MSCT表现和病理资料。结果17例纵隔神经源性肿瘤中，神经鞘瘤11例，神经纤维瘤1例，节细胞神经瘤4例，副神经节瘤1例。三类纵隔神经源性肿瘤具有各自的MSCT表现特征。结论纵隔神经源性肿瘤的MSCT表现有一定特征性，有助于术前正确诊断及术式的选择。

Objective Combined with the performance of pathology, investigate the multi-slice CT (MSCT) findings of mediastinal neurogenic tumors. Methods The MSCT findings of 17 cases with mediastinal neurogenic tu-mors proved surgically and pathologically were reviewed retrospectively. Results Of 17 cases with mediastinal neuro-genic tumors, there were 11 cases with neurilemmomas, 1 case with neurofibroma, 4 cases with ganglioneuromas, 1 case with paraganglioma. Three kinds of mediastinal neurogenic tumors had MSCT characteristics respectively. Conclusion Mediastinal neurogenic tumors have some specific characteristics on CT findings, which could assist in pre-operative diagnosis and surgical planning.
