采用衰减全反射红外(ATR-IR)法测定离子交换膜内交换基团的变化,利用扫描电镜(SEM)观察离子交换膜的表面形貌;采用交流阻抗(AC)法测量膜的电阻,并通过在线测定的方式分析离子交换膜性能变化对EDI过程的影响。结果表明:离子交换膜在EDI过程中存在结垢和部分季铵基降解为叔胺基的行为;浓缩室阴膜表面发生结垢后旧膜的面电阻较新膜要高45%以上;通过更换膜堆内阴离子交换膜,发现在相同电流情况下,新的EDI膜堆拥有较高的产水电阻率值和较低的电压值。
採用衰減全反射紅外(ATR-IR)法測定離子交換膜內交換基糰的變化,利用掃描電鏡(SEM)觀察離子交換膜的錶麵形貌;採用交流阻抗(AC)法測量膜的電阻,併通過在線測定的方式分析離子交換膜性能變化對EDI過程的影響。結果錶明:離子交換膜在EDI過程中存在結垢和部分季銨基降解為叔胺基的行為;濃縮室陰膜錶麵髮生結垢後舊膜的麵電阻較新膜要高45%以上;通過更換膜堆內陰離子交換膜,髮現在相同電流情況下,新的EDI膜堆擁有較高的產水電阻率值和較低的電壓值。
채용쇠감전반사홍외(ATR-IR)법측정리자교환막내교환기단적변화,이용소묘전경(SEM)관찰리자교환막적표면형모;채용교류조항(AC)법측량막적전조,병통과재선측정적방식분석리자교환막성능변화대EDI과정적영향。결과표명:리자교환막재EDI과정중존재결구화부분계안기강해위숙알기적행위;농축실음막표면발생결구후구막적면전조교신막요고45%이상;통과경환막퇴내음리자교환막,발현재상동전류정황하,신적EDI막퇴옹유교고적산수전조솔치화교저적전압치。
Using the attenuated total reflection (ATR-IR) infrared method to determine the change of exchange groups;by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) technique to observe the surface morphology change of ion exchange membrane;By using alternating current impedance method (AC) to measure the resistance of membranes, the effect of ion exchange membrane on EDI progress is analyzed through the online measurement. The results show that the ion exchange membrane exist scaling and partial degradation from quarternary ammonium to tertiary amine type behavior in EDI process;anion membrane surface fouling occurs in concentrate compartment, surface resistance of the used membrane larger 45%than the new membrane. Further, by changing the anion exchange membrane, it is found that the EDI stack equipped with new ion exchange membranes have a higher product water resistivity and lower voltage in same current comparing to the EDI stack equipped with the ion exchange membranes used for a long time.
