通过分析沿海集装箱港区单向航道船舶进出港作业流程,提出航道资源有限时可通过建设港内锚地以提高航道通过能力的思路。基于计算机仿真技术,建立拥有港内锚地的沿海集装箱港区船舶航行作业系统仿真模型,研究港内锚地的锚位数对航道通过能力的影响。仿真结果表明:港内锚地锚位数与航道通过能力服从多项式的函数关系,且存在极值;在该极值范围内,建设港内锚地对提高航道通过能力效果显著,但当锚位数超过极值后航道通过能力将不再随锚位数的增加而增加;因而该极值可为确定港内锚地的建设容量提供参考。

This paper analyzes the operation process of ship’s entering and leaving port through single-fairway in coastal container terminals and puts forward that the idea of improving the fairway throughput capacity by building anchorages when channel resources are limited. Moreover, a simulation model of ship navigation operation system is built in coastal container terminals considering the inner harbor anchorage. The results show that the number of anchorage and fairway capacity is correlated with an extreme of inner anchorage. Otherwise, it is available to increase the fairway throughput capacity by constructing anchorage in harbor. However, fairway throughput capacity no longer increases when the number of anchorage in harbor exceeds the extreme value. The extreme value could be regarded as the reference number of the anchorage in harbor.
