目的：探讨颅内混合性生殖细胞肿瘤的临床病理特征。方法回顾性分析1例基底节区混合性生殖细胞肿瘤的临床病理学资料，并结合相关文献进行分析。结果经形态学及免疫组化检测确诊为混合性生殖细胞肿瘤，其内含有卵黄囊瘤（55％）及生殖细胞瘤（25％）；另见成熟型畸胎瘤（20％），其内可见正常脑组织及节细胞胶质瘤成分。结论基底节区混合性生殖细胞肿瘤非常罕见，病理诊断依据组织形态及免疫组化标记结果，应广泛取材以免误诊、漏诊，肿瘤预后不良。
목적：탐토로내혼합성생식세포종류적림상병리특정。방법회고성분석1례기저절구혼합성생식세포종류적림상병이학자료，병결합상관문헌진행분석。결과경형태학급면역조화검측학진위혼합성생식세포종류，기내함유란황낭류（55％）급생식세포류（25％）；령견성숙형기태류（20％），기내가견정상뇌조직급절세포효질류성분。결론기저절구혼합성생식세포종류비상한견，병리진단의거조직형태급면역조화표기결과，응엄범취재이면오진、루진，종류예후불량。
Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features of intracranial mixed germ cell tumors .Methods Clinicopathological data of 1 case of basal ganglia mixed germ cell tumor were analyzed ,and the related literatures were reviewed . Results Morphological and immunohistochemical detection diagnosed tumor as mixed germ cell tumor ,containing yolk sac tumor (55%),germ cell tumor(25%)and mature teratoma(20%);and there also existed normal brain tissues and ganglioglioma com-ponents.Conclusion Mixed germ cell tumor of basal ganglia is very rare ,pathological diagnosis is based on detection of mor-phology and immunohistochemistry ,it must be widely drawn to avoid misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis .It has poor prognosis .
