目的：分析比较老年与中青年宫颈癌患者的临床病理特点及预后。方法回顾性分析72例老年、中青年宫颈癌患者的临床资料，比较两组患者临床表现、瘤体大小、病理类型、肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移率及预后。结果老年组阴道不规则流血者多于中青年组（P＜0．05），接触性出血者明显少于中青年组（P＜0．01）；老年组非鳞癌比例（10/36）低于中青年组（23/36）（P＜0．05），肿瘤分期晚于中青年组（P＜0．05），瘤体小于中青年组（P＜0．05）；淋巴结转移率老年组（47．22％）低于中青年组（77．78％）（P＜0．05）。结论老年宫颈癌患者阴道不规则流血症状常见，病理类型以鳞癌多见，临床分期较晚，瘤体相对较小，淋巴结转移率低，预后较中青年患者好。
목적：분석비교노년여중청년궁경암환자적림상병리특점급예후。방법회고성분석72례노년、중청년궁경암환자적림상자료，비교량조환자림상표현、류체대소、병리류형、종류분기、림파결전이솔급예후。결과노년조음도불규칙류혈자다우중청년조（P＜0．05），접촉성출혈자명현소우중청년조（P＜0．01）；노년조비린암비례（10/36）저우중청년조（23/36）（P＜0．05），종류분기만우중청년조（P＜0．05），류체소우중청년조（P＜0．05）；림파결전이솔노년조（47．22％）저우중청년조（77．78％）（P＜0．05）。결론노년궁경암환자음도불규칙류혈증상상견，병리류형이린암다견，림상분기교만，류체상대교소，림파결전이솔저，예후교중청년환자호。
Objective To compare the clinical pathological features and prognosis of elderly and middle -aged/young pa-tients with cervical cancer .Methods The clinical data of elderly and middle-aged/young patients with cervical cancer were ret-rospectively analyzed,the clinical presentation,histological type,tumor stage,tumor size,lymph node metastasis rate and prognosis between the two groups were compared .Results Irregular vaginal bleeding in the elderly group was more than that of middle-aged/young group (P<0.05),touching bleeding in the elderly group was significantly less than that of the young and middle -aged group(P<0.01);non squamous cell in the elderly group (10/36) was less than that of the young and middle-aged group (23/36) (P<0.05);Tumor stages in the elderly group was more advanced than that of the middle-aged/young group (P<0.05),the tumor size of the elderly group was smaller than that of the young and middle-aged group(P<0.05);The lymph node metastasis rate of the elderly group (77.78%) was lower than that of the middle-aged/young group(47.22%,P<0.05).Con-clusion Elder patients with cervical cancer often have irregular vaginal bleeding ,2and pathological types are mostly squamous cell carcinoma with advanced tumor stages ,smaller tumor size,2lower lymph node metastasis rate and good prognosis .
