目的：目的探讨肿瘤标志物对晚期非小细胞肺癌患者放疗后近期疗效的评估价值。方法选择82例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者为研究对象，选取同期体检的60例健康者作为对照。结果肺癌组患者血清CA199、AFP、CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1水平显著高于对照组（P＜0．05）；82例肺癌患者放疗后无CR病例，PR 25例，SD 30例，PD 27例，治疗后患者血清CA199、CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1水平显著降低（ P＜0．05）；治疗后PR患者血清CA199、CEA、NSE、CY-FRA21-1水平显著低于SD及PD患者（P＜0．05），其中PR患者治疗后上述肿瘤标志物水平显著降低，SD患者治疗前后无显著变化，PD患者治疗后CEA、CA199及CYFRA21-1水平显著升高（P＜0．05），而AFP及NSE水平治疗前后无统计学差异（ P＞0．05）。结论肿瘤标志物CA199、CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1水平，对晚期非小细胞肺癌的放疗疗效具有重要评估价值。
목적：목적탐토종류표지물대만기비소세포폐암환자방료후근기료효적평고개치。방법선택82례만기비소세포폐암환자위연구대상，선취동기체검적60례건강자작위대조。결과폐암조환자혈청CA199、AFP、CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1수평현저고우대조조（P＜0．05）；82례폐암환자방료후무CR병례，PR 25례，SD 30례，PD 27례，치료후환자혈청CA199、CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1수평현저강저（ P＜0．05）；치료후PR환자혈청CA199、CEA、NSE、CY-FRA21-1수평현저저우SD급PD환자（P＜0．05），기중PR환자치료후상술종류표지물수평현저강저，SD환자치료전후무현저변화，PD환자치료후CEA、CA199급CYFRA21-1수평현저승고（P＜0．05），이AFP급NSE수평치료전후무통계학차이（ P＞0．05）。결론종류표지물CA199、CEA、NSE、CYFRA21-1수평，대만기비소세포폐암적방료료효구유중요평고개치。
Objective To explore the value of tumor markers for the short-term efficacy of radiotherapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer .Methods 82 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer were selected as research subjects , and 60 healthy patients were the control group .Results Serum CA199,AFP,CEA,NSE and CYFRA21-1 level in lung cancer patients were much higher than those of the control group (P<0.05);There were no CR,25 cases of PR,30 cases of SD and 27 cases of PD among 82 patients;Serum CA199,CEA,NSE and CYFRA21-1 level greatly decreased after treatment (P<0.05), and above indexes in PR patients were much lower than those of SD and PD patients (P<0.05);After treatment,tumor markers greatly decreased in PR patients (P<0.05),and no significant difference were found in SD patients (P>0.05),while CEA, CA199 and CYFRA21-1 level significantly increased (P<0.05) in PD patients (P<0.05),there were no significant difference of AFP and NSE before and after treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion Tumor markers CA199,CEA,NSE and CYFRA21-1 have important evaluation value for the short-term effect of radiotherapy for advanced non-small cell lung cancer .
