立足山西电网220 kV变压器的运行现状,通过对变压器相关科研、生产、运维单位的调研,收集了完整的原始出厂结构、材质及运行数据等资料,研究分析了影响电力变压器抗短路电流冲击能力的设计、选材、工艺等方面的因素。通过对电力变压器抗短路能力的影响因素的分析研究,提出了针对性治理措施,并给出变压器选型采购的建议。

Based on the operation status of 220 kV power transformers of Shanxi power grid,the paper collects the data of the structure,material and operation of the transformers through investigations on related departments engaged in transformer research, production,operation and maintenance. The factors influencing the transformer's ability to resist short-circuit current rush are analysed in terms of the design,material selection and manufacturing process,and measurements are presented correspondingly and some suggestions about transformer type selection and purchase are provided.
