目的观察分析阿托伐他汀钙贯序疗法治疗急性心梗的介入治疗后上消化道出血的临床疗效.方法选取2010年1月至2012年5月来我院进行介入治疗后发生上消化道出血的患者60例,随机分平为三组,对照组采用安慰剂治疗,实验组采用,每日口服阿托伐他汀钙治疗,观察组则采用阿托伐他汀钙序贯疗法治疗,比较三组患者的临床疗效.结果观察组治疗有效率为85％,实验组治疗有效率为80％均明显优于对照组45％的治疗有效率,且观察组和实验组的一级复合终点情况也较对照组优势显著(P＜0.05).结论阿托伐他汀钙治疗上消化道出血疗效显著,值得临床推广应用.
목적 관찰분석아탁벌타정개관서요법치료급성심경적개입치료후상소화도출혈적림상료효.방법 선취2010년1월지2012년5월래아원진행개입치료후발생상소화도출혈적환자60례,수궤분평위삼조,대조조채용안위제치료,실험조채용,매일구복아탁벌타정개치료,관찰조칙채용아탁벌타정개서관요법치료,비교삼조환자적림상료효.결과 관찰조치료유효솔위85％,실험조치료유효솔위80％균명현우우대조조45％적치료유효솔,차관찰조화실험조적일급복합종점정황야교대조조우세현저(P＜0.05).결론 아탁벌타정개치료상소화도출혈료효현저,치득림상추엄응용.
Objective To observe the analysis of the clinical efficacy of atorvastatin the Ting calcium Sequential therapy for acute myocardial infarction after interventional treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods 60 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital from January 2010 to May 2012 interventional treatment were randomly divided into 3 groups,a placebo control group,the experimental group used daily oral atorvastatin calcium treatment and observation group used atorvastatin calcium in sequential therapy,the clinical efficacy of 3 groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treatment group was 85％,effective rate of the experimental group was 80％,significantly better than that of the control group as 45％,and a composite endpoint of the observation group and the experimental group was significantly better compared to that of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions Atorvastatin calcium treatment has significant curative effect in gastrointestinal bleeding,worthy of clinical application.
