Because of introduction of modern western culture,thousands of traditional culture is facing an unprecedented crisis,Chinese culture become thinking subject in deeply.This paper focuses on ancient books collec-tion and publication,wood block preservation and other aspects of performance of the Jiangsu Provincial Sinology Li-brary of ancient Chinese literature search in the period of Republic of China,to expound it outstanding contribution to Chinese culture inheritance.
