2010年12月14日，乌克兰最高拉达通过了《乌克兰文化法》，并于2011年1月12日起正式生效。该法规范了乌克兰文化设施、文化经费、文化艺术从业人员、文化活动、社会力量参与和国际文化交流等基本内容的保障，从而在国家层面上明确了乌克兰文化发展路径，以期促进乌克兰文化繁荣发展。
2010년12월14일，오극란최고랍체통과료《오극란문화법》，병우2011년1월12일기정식생효。해법규범료오극란문화설시、문화경비、문화예술종업인원、문화활동、사회역량삼여화국제문화교류등기본내용적보장，종이재국가층면상명학료오극란문화발전로경，이기촉진오극란문화번영발전。
On 14 December 2010,the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine passed the Law of Ukraine on Culture which came into force since 2011.The Law regulates the protection of Ukrainian cultural infrastructures,cultural fun-ding,cultural workers,cultural activities,and participation of social forces,international cultural exchanges and so on,accordingly,defines the Ukrainian cultural development path,promotes the prosperity and development of U-kraine culture.
