研究了用纳滤法从铀矿山酸性废水中去除硫酸根,考察了原水pH、工作压力、回收率的选择对纳滤膜性能的影响,确定了膜清洗方法。试验结果表明:N E8040-90型纳滤膜对矿山酸性废水有良好的处理效果,在原水pH为8.3~9.7之间、工作压力为0.5~0.9MPa条件下,产水中硫酸根质量浓度小于250mg/L,去除率较高,且系统能耗小,运行费用低;用盐酸和氯化钠作清洗剂,可将膜表面的结垢彻底洗涤。实际生产运行时,为提高纳滤膜出水水质,系统需增加伴热装置。
研究瞭用納濾法從鈾礦山痠性廢水中去除硫痠根,攷察瞭原水pH、工作壓力、迴收率的選擇對納濾膜性能的影響,確定瞭膜清洗方法。試驗結果錶明:N E8040-90型納濾膜對礦山痠性廢水有良好的處理效果,在原水pH為8.3~9.7之間、工作壓力為0.5~0.9MPa條件下,產水中硫痠根質量濃度小于250mg/L,去除率較高,且繫統能耗小,運行費用低;用鹽痠和氯化鈉作清洗劑,可將膜錶麵的結垢徹底洗滌。實際生產運行時,為提高納濾膜齣水水質,繫統需增加伴熱裝置。
연구료용납려법종유광산산성폐수중거제류산근,고찰료원수pH、공작압력、회수솔적선택대납려막성능적영향,학정료막청세방법。시험결과표명:N E8040-90형납려막대광산산성폐수유량호적처리효과,재원수pH위8.3~9.7지간、공작압력위0.5~0.9MPa조건하,산수중류산근질량농도소우250mg/L,거제솔교고,차계통능모소,운행비용저;용염산화록화납작청세제,가장막표면적결구철저세조。실제생산운행시,위제고납려막출수수질,계통수증가반열장치。
Removing of SO2 -4 in uranium mine acidic wastewater using nanofiltration membrane was studied . The effects of raw water pH ,operating pressure ,recovery on the performance of nanofiltration membrane were examined ,and membrane cleaning method was proposed .The results show that NE8040-90 nanofiltration membrane can be used to treat mine acidic wastewater .The content of SO2 -4 in contributing water is less than 300 mg/L with high recovery rate ,low energy consumption and operating cost under the conditions of raw water pH of 8 .3-9 .7 and operating pressure of 0 .5 -0 .9 MPa .Fouling of the membrane surface can be cleaned using hydrochloric acid and sodium chloride solution .Meanwhile ,in order to improve effluent quality , heating device is suggested to set in industrial operation system .
