研究了用硫酸从还原焙烧-磁选工艺得到的高磷铁精矿中除磷。铁精矿中,磷主要以类质同象形式存在于褐铁矿中,少部分以胶磷矿形式存在。试验结果表明,在浸出温度40℃、硫酸质量浓度100 g/L、液固体积质量比2.5∶1、浸出时间25 min条件下,精矿中的磷得到有效降低,最终得到铁品位58.60%、磷质量分数0.256%的合格铁精矿。
研究瞭用硫痠從還原焙燒-磁選工藝得到的高燐鐵精礦中除燐。鐵精礦中,燐主要以類質同象形式存在于褐鐵礦中,少部分以膠燐礦形式存在。試驗結果錶明,在浸齣溫度40℃、硫痠質量濃度100 g/L、液固體積質量比2.5∶1、浸齣時間25 min條件下,精礦中的燐得到有效降低,最終得到鐵品位58.60%、燐質量分數0.256%的閤格鐵精礦。
연구료용류산종환원배소-자선공예득도적고린철정광중제린。철정광중,린주요이류질동상형식존재우갈철광중,소부분이효린광형식존재。시험결과표명,재침출온도40℃、류산질량농도100 g/L、액고체적질량비2.5∶1、침출시간25 min조건하,정광중적린득도유효강저,최종득도철품위58.60%、린질량분수0.256%적합격철정광。
Dephosphorization by acid leaching from Fe-concentrate obtained reduction roasting-magnetic separation was examined .In the Fe-concentrate ,phosphorus existes as the form of isomorphism in limonite ,and as the form of collophanite in ore .The test results show that under the conditions of tem-perature of 40 ℃ ,sulfuric acid concentration of 100 g/L ,ratio between liquid volume and solid mass of 2 .5∶1 ,reaction time of 25 min ,phosphorus in the concentrate is reduced effectively ,mass fraction of Fe and Phosphorus in Fe-concentrate is 58 .60% and 0 .256% ,respectively .
