研究了用过氧化氢从锌浸出液中除铁,确定了除铁最优工艺条件。试验结果表明:控制浸出液pH为3.0~4.0,在恒温90℃下反应150 min ,H2 O2溶液体积分数25%,除铁效果较好。
研究瞭用過氧化氫從鋅浸齣液中除鐵,確定瞭除鐵最優工藝條件。試驗結果錶明:控製浸齣液pH為3.0~4.0,在恆溫90℃下反應150 min ,H2 O2溶液體積分數25%,除鐵效果較好。
연구료용과양화경종자침출액중제철,학정료제철최우공예조건。시험결과표명:공제침출액pH위3.0~4.0,재항온90℃하반응150 min ,H2 O2용액체적분수25%,제철효과교호。
Removal of iron from zinc leaching solution by hydrogen peroxide process was introduced , and the optimal parameters was determined .The results show that under the conditions of the pH of zinc leaching solution at a range of 3 .0-4 .0 ,the temperature of 90 ℃ ,the leaching time of 150 min , and the volume fraction of H2 O2 solution of 25% ,a significant effect of iron removal is obtained .
