研究了三水型铝土矿磁选除铁和高压溶出氧化铝,考察了磨矿时间、磁场强度对磁选除铁的影响以及石灰添加量、碱质量浓度、溶出时间对氧化铝相对溶出率的影响。试验结果表明:在磨矿时间10 min、磁场强度1.7 T磁选除铁条件下,Al2 O3回收率为76.68%,Fe2 O3脱除率为83.54%;在石灰添加量4%、碱质量浓度180 g/L、溶出时间45 min条件下,Al2 O3相对溶出率达93.65%。
研究瞭三水型鋁土礦磁選除鐵和高壓溶齣氧化鋁,攷察瞭磨礦時間、磁場彊度對磁選除鐵的影響以及石灰添加量、堿質量濃度、溶齣時間對氧化鋁相對溶齣率的影響。試驗結果錶明:在磨礦時間10 min、磁場彊度1.7 T磁選除鐵條件下,Al2 O3迴收率為76.68%,Fe2 O3脫除率為83.54%;在石灰添加量4%、堿質量濃度180 g/L、溶齣時間45 min條件下,Al2 O3相對溶齣率達93.65%。
연구료삼수형려토광자선제철화고압용출양화려,고찰료마광시간、자장강도대자선제철적영향이급석회첨가량、감질량농도、용출시간대양화려상대용출솔적영향。시험결과표명:재마광시간10 min、자장강도1.7 T자선제철조건하,Al2 O3회수솔위76.68%,Fe2 O3탈제솔위83.54%;재석회첨가량4%、감질량농도180 g/L、용출시간45 min조건하,Al2 O3상대용출솔체93.65%。
The removal of iron by magnetic separation and dissolution of gibbsite were investigated .The effects of grinding time and magnetic flux density on removal iron ,and the effects of lime dosage ,alkali concentration and dissolution time on leaching of Al2 O3 examined .The experimental results show that the recovery rate of Al2 O3 is 76 .68% and removal rate of Fe2 O3 is 83 .54% under the best conditions of grinding time of 10 min ,magnetic flux density of 1 .7 T .Al2 O3 relative dissoution rate is 93 .65%under the best dissolution conditions of lime dosage of 4% ,alkali concentration of 180 g/L and dissolution time of 45 min .
