职业行动能力是职业能力的具体化和落脚点，对高职学生适应用人单位的需求具有重要意义。基于岗位导向，职业行动能力可以被细化为专业能力、方法能力和社会能力。职业行动能力的培养不能局限于高职学生对既有的成熟技术的掌握，而要着眼于他们长远职业发展所需综合素养的形成。

Vocational action competence is the specification and foothold of vocational competence .
