目的:考察木香挥发油六个化学组分在其β-CD包合物中的转移率。方法:采用饱和水溶液法,利用正交L9(3)4对木香挥发油进行β-CD包合。用HPLC法测定木香挥发油及其包合物中六个化学成分的含量。结果:木香挥发油六个组分在不同包合条件下转移率存在明显差异。结论:木香挥发油原化学组分比例在β-CD包合物中遭到了不同程度的破坏。
目的:攷察木香揮髮油六箇化學組分在其β-CD包閤物中的轉移率。方法:採用飽和水溶液法,利用正交L9(3)4對木香揮髮油進行β-CD包閤。用HPLC法測定木香揮髮油及其包閤物中六箇化學成分的含量。結果:木香揮髮油六箇組分在不同包閤條件下轉移率存在明顯差異。結論:木香揮髮油原化學組分比例在β-CD包閤物中遭到瞭不同程度的破壞。
목적:고찰목향휘발유륙개화학조분재기β-CD포합물중적전이솔。방법:채용포화수용액법,이용정교L9(3)4대목향휘발유진행β-CD포합。용HPLC법측정목향휘발유급기포합물중륙개화학성분적함량。결과:목향휘발유륙개조분재불동포합조건하전이솔존재명현차이。결론:목향휘발유원화학조분비례재β-CD포합물중조도료불동정도적파배。
Objective:To observe the six chemical components in volatile oil of Aucklandia lappa and their transfer rates in β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound. Methods:The inclusion complex were prepared by saturated solution method, The preparation technique for volatile oil β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound of Aucklandia lappa were investigated by using L9 ( 3 ) 4 orthogonal design. the relative content of six chemical components in volatile oil and its inclusion compounds were detected by HPLC. Results:In different conditions,the six chemical components have a obvious difference transfer rates in inclusion compound. Conclusion:The chemical component proportion were destroyed by different degrees in volatile oil β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound.
