目的:对血清CA125检测联合PET/CT显像在诊断早期卵巢癌中的应用于临床价值进行分析和探讨。方法:取卵巢病变病人110例为本次研究对象,对其实施血清CA125检测联合全身18 F-FDG PET/CT显像。结果:在本组病人中,70例为卵巢癌,剩余40例属良性病变。在血清CA125指数水平方面,卵巢良性病变病人与卵巢癌病人之间存在显著差异(P<0.05);而卵巢良性病变病人与卵巢癌病人在SUV最大值(SUVmax)方面同样存在显著差异(P<0.05);在早期诊断卵巢癌过程中,18F-FDG PET/CT 显像灵敏度为95.1%,特异性为79.09%,阴性与阳性预测值分别为88.5%和93.1%,准确性为80.9%;在卵巢癌早期诊断效能方面,18 F-FDG PETCT显像在上述指标方面均高于血清CA125检测,但18 F-FDG PET/CT显像与CA125检测联合可有效提高前者诊断准确性(88.3%)以及特异性(91.0%)。结论:在早期诊断卵巢癌过程中,18 F-FDG PET/CT显像具有相对特异性以及高灵敏度,联合18 F-FDG PET/CT显像与血清CA125检测有利于早期诊断卵巢癌准确性与特异性的提高。

목적:대혈청CA125검측연합PET/CT현상재진단조기란소암중적응용우림상개치진행분석화탐토。방법:취란소병변병인110례위본차연구대상,대기실시혈청CA125검측연합전신18 F-FDG PET/CT현상。결과:재본조병인중,70례위란소암,잉여40례속량성병변。재혈청CA125지수수평방면,란소량성병변병인여란소암병인지간존재현저차이(P<0.05);이란소량성병변병인여란소암병인재SUV최대치(SUVmax)방면동양존재현저차이(P<0.05);재조기진단란소암과정중,18F-FDG PET/CT 현상령민도위95.1%,특이성위79.09%,음성여양성예측치분별위88.5%화93.1%,준학성위80.9%;재란소암조기진단효능방면,18 F-FDG PETCT현상재상술지표방면균고우혈청CA125검측,단18 F-FDG PET/CT현상여CA125검측연합가유효제고전자진단준학성(88.3%)이급특이성(91.0%)。결론:재조기진단란소암과정중,18 F-FDG PET/CT현상구유상대특이성이급고령민도,연합18 F-FDG PET/CT현상여혈청CA125검측유리우조기진단란소암준학성여특이성적제고。
Objective:To analyze and discuss the application and clinical value of serum CA125 detection combined with PET/CT imaging in the diagnosis of early ovarian cancer. Methods:A total of 110 patients with ovarian lesions were taken as the subjects, who received serum CA125 detection combined with systemic 18 F-FDG PET/CT imaging. Results:Among the patients, 70 were ovarian cancer and the rest 40 were benign lesions. Patients with benign ovarian lesions and those with ovarian cancer showed significant difference(P<0. 05)in both the serum CA125 level and SUVmax. In the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer,the sensitivity of 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging was 95. 1%,the specificity was 79. 09%,the negative and positive predictive values were 88. 5%and 93. 1%,and the accuracy was 80. 9%. As for the early diagnostic efficiency of ovarian cancer,the above indicators of 18 F-FDG PET/CT imaging were all higher than those of serum CA125 detection,but the combination of 18 F-FDGPET/CT imaging and CA125 detection can effectively improve the diagnostic accuracy of the former by 88. 3%and the specificity by 91. 0%. Conclusion:In the early diagnosis of ovarian cancer,18 F-FDG PET/CT imaging has relative specificity and high sensitivity. The combination of 18 F-FDG PET/CT imaging and serum CA125 detection can help to improve the accuracy and specificity of early ovarian cancer diagnosis.
