采用共混-浇注成型法制备氮化铝/环氧树脂(AlN/E-51)复合材料。借助静止沉淀法、接触角、傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和热失重(TGA)等进行分析表征。探讨了AlN用量和表面改性对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,KH-560以化学键结合在AlN表面。复合材料的弯曲和冲击强度均随AlN用量的增加而提高,当AlN用量为10%时,复合材料的力学性能最佳。

The aluminum nitride (AlN)/epoxy resin (E-51) composites were fabricated by blending-casting moulding method. The AlN fillers before and after treatment were analyzed and characterized by the static precipitation,contact angles,Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA).The effects of the AlN amount and surface treatment on the mechanical properties of the AlN/E-51 composites were investigated.The results showed that KH-560 was bound on the surface of AlN by chemical bonding.The mechanical tests revealed that the bending strength and impact strength of the composites were improved with increasing the mass fraction of AlN,and the properties of the composites containing 10 wt% A1N were optimal.For a given AlN loading,the AlN surface treatment resulted in the composites enhanced mechanical properties.
