目的探讨CD83+成熟树突细胞(mDC)和CD11b+耐受性树突细胞(tolDC)在人颈动脉粥样硬化病变中的分布。方法收集颈动脉狭窄患者行颈动脉内膜剥脱术的颈动脉内膜标本20例,常规石蜡切片,HE染色,免疫组织化学染色观察CD83和CD11b阳性反应血管树突状细胞的分布。结果CD83+mDC和CD11b+tolDC主要分布在颈动脉内膜斑块、泡沫细胞以及新生血管周围,成熟的CD83+mDC细胞密度(8.34±1.20)个细胞/HPF较CD11b+tolDC细胞密度(5.31±1.24)个细胞/HPF高。结论CD83+mDC和CD11b+tolDC在人颈动脉粥样硬化动脉内膜均有分布,mDC的增多和tolDC的减少可能与人颈动脉粥样硬化发生发展有关。

목적탐토CD83+성숙수돌세포(mDC)화CD11b+내수성수돌세포(tolDC)재인경동맥죽양경화병변중적분포。방법수집경동맥협착환자행경동맥내막박탈술적경동맥내막표본20례,상규석사절편,HE염색,면역조직화학염색관찰CD83화CD11b양성반응혈관수돌상세포적분포。결과CD83+mDC화CD11b+tolDC주요분포재경동맥내막반괴、포말세포이급신생혈관주위,성숙적CD83+mDC세포밀도(8.34±1.20)개세포/HPF교CD11b+tolDC세포밀도(5.31±1.24)개세포/HPF고。결론CD83+mDC화CD11b+tolDC재인경동맥죽양경화동맥내막균유분포,mDC적증다화tolDC적감소가능여인경동맥죽양경화발생발전유관。
Objective To investigate the distribution of CD83 +mature dendritic cell(mDC)and CD11b+tolerogenic dendritic cell ( tolDC) in human carotid batherosclerotic lesions .Methods A total of 20 carotid intima specimens were collected as the object of from the carotid stenosis patients with carotid artery intima stripped .Paraffin sections were made and were stained with HE routinely .Immunohistochemical method was used to examine the distri-bution of CD11b and CD83 positive reaction dendritic cells (DC).Results CD83 +mDC and CD11b+tolDC were mainly distributed in the carotid artery intimal plaque ,foam cells and around the new blood vessels .The average num-ber mature CD83 +mDC per high power field (HPF) was 8.34 ±1.20 and significant decrease was observed in the density of tolerogenic CD11b+tolDC 5.31 ±1.24 cells/HPF,P<0.05.Conclusions CD83 +mDC and CD11b+tolDC were all both distributed in human carotid artery atherosclerotic arterial intima ,and the increased in the number of mDC and the decreased in the number of tolDC may be associated with the development of carotid atherosclerosis .
