分析伸缩臂滑块的几何结构对汽车起重机的影响,以某型号汽车起重机伸缩臂滑块所承受的实际载荷为基础,通过改变滑块的外形结构,利用 ansys 软件对其进行有限元分析,结果表明:结构优化前后滑块总体位移由0.2661mm 变为0.1212mm;等效应力由55.76Mpa变为52.12Mpa,说明优化后滑块的刚度和抵抗破坏能力都有所增加,提高了起重机的工作效率和安全系数。

분석신축비활괴적궤하결구대기차기중궤적영향,이모형호기차기중궤신축비활괴소승수적실제재하위기출,통과개변활괴적외형결구,이용 ansys 연건대기진행유한원분석,결과표명:결구우화전후활괴총체위이유0.2661mm 변위0.1212mm;등효응력유55.76Mpa변위52.12Mpa,설명우화후활괴적강도화저항파배능력도유소증가,제고료기중궤적공작효솔화안전계수。
Based on the actual load of telescopic boom slider of a certain type truck crane , this article an-alyzes the influence of the geometrical structure of the slider telescopic on truck crane .By changing the shape of the structure of the slider , it carries out a finite element analysis via ANSYS .The results show that the optimization of the structure of sliding block before and after the overall displacement has changed from 0.2661 mm to 0.1212 mm, the equivalent stress has changed from 55.76 Mpa to 55.76 Mpa, which shows that the optimized stiffness of the slider and the ability to resist damage were both increased , the work efficiency and safety coefficient of the crane were improved .
