目的：探讨银离子藻酸盐填充条＋无粘泡沫敷料在气管切开患者中的应用效果。方法将90例患者按气管切开时间顺序分为对照组和观察组，各45例。对照组采用无粘泡沫敷料作为气管切开的换药敷料。观察组采用银离子藻酸盐填充条＋无粘泡沫敷料作为气管切开的换药敷料。观察两组气管切开伤口周围皮肤不良反应发生情况、瘘道口形成时间。结果观察组气管切开后周围皮肤不良反应明显低于对照组（P＜0．05）；观察组瘘道口形成时间较对照组缩短（P＜0．05）。结论银离子藻酸盐填充条＋无粘泡沫敷料可以有效减少伤口周围皮肤不良反应的发生，减少换药次数和加速气管切开瘘道口的形成并缩短拔管时间，促进伤口的愈合。
목적：탐토은리자조산염전충조＋무점포말부료재기관절개환자중적응용효과。방법장90례환자안기관절개시간순서분위대조조화관찰조，각45례。대조조채용무점포말부료작위기관절개적환약부료。관찰조채용은리자조산염전충조＋무점포말부료작위기관절개적환약부료。관찰량조기관절개상구주위피부불량반응발생정황、루도구형성시간。결과관찰조기관절개후주위피부불량반응명현저우대조조（P＜0．05）；관찰조루도구형성시간교대조조축단（P＜0．05）。결론은리자조산염전충조＋무점포말부료가이유효감소상구주위피부불량반응적발생，감소환약차수화가속기관절개루도구적형성병축단발관시간，촉진상구적유합。
Objective Objective To observe the effect of silver ion alginate filled strips with foam dressing applied in pa-tients with tracheotomy .Methods 90 cases of patients were divided into control group and observation group according to severity and the time sequence of tracheotomy .The control group used Comfeel inviscid foam dressing as a dressing of inci-sion ,the observation group used silver ion alginate filled strips with foam dressing .The incidence of adverse reaction of skin、the interval time of dressing and the formation time of fistula mouth were observed in all patients .Results The inci-dence of adverse reaction of skin in the observation group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0 .05);The Interval time of dressing and the formation time of fistula mouth in the observation group patients were markedly shorter than the control group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion Silver ion alginate filled strips with foam dressing can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse skin reactions around the incision ,reduce the frequency of dressing ,accelerate the formation time of fis-tula mouth ,shorten the time of extubation and promote wound healing .
