目的:通过问卷调查安徽省血液净化中心护士压力源情况及其相关因素,以采取有效的应对方式,减轻护士工作压力。方法采用中国护士工作压力源量表和血液净化中心护士基本情况调查表对安徽省27所医院血液净化中心的302名护士进行问卷调查。结果血液净化中心护士工作压力源平均分由高到低依次为工作量及时间分配问题、护理专业及工作方面的问题、病人护理方面的问题、环境及资源方面的问题、管理及人际关系方面的问题,总平均压力程度为2.50±0.99分。其中,不同工作年限护士在工作环境及资源、病人护理方面评分比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论安徽省血液净化中心护士压力程度较高,影响因素是多元的,工作环境及资源方面、病人护理方面带给护士的压力与护士工作年限相关,应通过改善环境、提高护士待遇,对护士进行分层次培训等方面来降低工作压力,提高护理质量。

Objective To explore the effective coping styles by questionnaire survey of the Nurse Stress Source and Re-lated Factors of hemodialysis Center in Anhui province ,and help them to reduce the working pressure .Methods Question-naires about Chinese nurse job stressors and hemodialysis Center nurse general situations were sent to 302 nurses in 27 he-modialysis centers in Anhui Province .Results The average score on hemodialysis Center nurse job stressors in decreased or-der were work load ,time distribution ,nursing professional or working experience ,care of patients ,environment and re-sources ,management ,and interpersonal relationships .The general average pressure level was 2 .50 ± 0 .99 .The pressure differences in working environment ,resources ,and patient care between nurses with different specialty or seniority were sta-tistically significant (P<0 .05) .Conclusions The degree of work pressure of the nurses in hemodialysis Center in Anhui Province was high and the affecting factors were diverse .The nurse stress from working environment ,resources and patient care is closely related to the nurse's working years .
