In this paper, an automatic brushing machine is designed which uses PLC control system, frequency conversion mo-tor and cylinder as the movement executive part.It mainly used to remove the burr in crankshaft holes and piston holes of crankcase .This machine has the advantages of stable operation, simple structure and low cost, which meets the operational re-quirements of modern production line, and can meet the application in advanced flexible production line.
