通过对砂土铣刨收集机械抛料板抛料运动的分析,建立了抛料板上砂土微元的受力模型,并利用Matlab软件编程迭代计算,得出了砂土微元能够被收集的约束条件,据此设计了抛料板的安装角度和旋转速度。实验表明,在此抛料板参数下砂土铣刨收集机械对砂土的收集率可达97.8%,实现了砂土的高收集率清除。
通過對砂土鐉鑤收集機械拋料闆拋料運動的分析,建立瞭拋料闆上砂土微元的受力模型,併利用Matlab軟件編程迭代計算,得齣瞭砂土微元能夠被收集的約束條件,據此設計瞭拋料闆的安裝角度和鏇轉速度。實驗錶明,在此拋料闆參數下砂土鐉鑤收集機械對砂土的收集率可達97.8%,實現瞭砂土的高收集率清除。

Based on analyzing the motion of the throw-out plate on the sandy soil milling, the mechanical model of the minute sandy soil is established.And with the Matlab software tool, the constraint equation of collecting the minute sandy soil is got. Based on this, the setting angle and rotational speed of the throw-out plate are designed.With the new throw-out plate, ex-perimental results indicate that rate collecting sandy soil of sandy soil milling is greater than or equal to 97.6%.
