阐述了Top-Down设计的理论、特点和设计流程,对设计过程中所涉及到的相关概念作出了具体的定义。结合叉车门架系统实例建立了门架、门架液压、货叉架和挡货架骨架完整的Top-Down设计流程,简要说明了相关模块之间接口问题和如何实现门架起升和门架液压系统中软管的参数化控制过程。实践证明Top-Down设计方法可以大大提高产品的设计效率和速度。

The Top-Down design theory, characteristics and design process are elaborated, the related concepts that involved in the design process is defined.Combining forklift mast system instances, a door frame, door frame hydraulic, fork frame and backrest frame Top-Down design flow are established , a brief description of the interface issues between the relevant module is introduced ,the parametric control process of mast hydraulic systems hoses are also introduced.Practice has proved that Top-Down design method can greatly improve the design efficiency and speed of the product .
