为计算某型号电机底座的固有振动频率,研究其共振特性,利用Lanczos 法对其进行模态分析,得到了前6阶固有频率及振型。在此基础上,运用Hyperworks软件的Optistruct模块,对底座结构的固有频率进行优化。优化结果表明,此方法能有效提高底座的1阶固有频率,从而避开谐振区,抑制电机与底座之间发生共振。

For calculating the natural frequencies of a type of electric motor base, the resonance characteristics are re-searched.Using Lanczos method for the modal analysis, the first six-order natural frequency and mode shape are obtained. On this basis, using Optistruct module of Hyperworks, the natural frequency of the electric motor base is optimized.Optimiza-tion results show that this method can improve the first-order natural frequency of the base, and then resonance region is avoi-ded for suppressing resonance between the motor and the base.
