为更好地设计滑动轴承座,避免滑动轴承合金层在交变应力下的磨损与振动问题,运用Pro/E软件建立了滑动轴承座的三维实体模型,导入ANSYS中,通过有限元方法对结构进行静态分析,得出应力云图、位移云图;通过模态分析,得出结构的固有频率和五阶振型,并根据分析结果提出一种改进措施,对改进前后的结构进行分析对比,改进方案具有更好的静、动态特性。

In order to design the slide bearing block better, avoiding the abrase and vibration that appeared on alloy layer of the slide bearing block, using Pro/E software to establish the three-dimensional entity model of the slide bearing block and impart into ANSYS.Through the finite method analysis for static structure, the stress nephogram and displacement nephogram are reached, bearing block is worked out, and an improved structure of the block is proposed.Comparing the results of the two structures, the structure conducts is improved and has better static and dynamic characteristics of the slide bearing block.
