以某型号汽油机活塞环第一道气环为研究对象,利用Pro/E建立活塞环的三维几何模型,再导入到有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench中,对模型在最大气体爆发压力时的温度场、应力场和耦合场进行有限元分析。为改进活塞环的结构设计和提高其工作可靠性提供了理论依据。

In this paper, taking the first ring of a type of gasoline engine as the research object, three-dimensional geometric model of the piston ring is established by using Pro/E, and then it is imported into the finite element analysis software of AN-SYS Workbench ,the finite element analysis is done for the temperature field, stress field and coupled field when the model be-ing in the maximum outbreak gas pressure,which provides a theoretical basis for improving the structural design of piston rings and the reliability of its work.
