金融稳定理事会自2009年成立以来，在促进全球金融监管体系的改革与完善，推动国际金融监管标准的制定和执行方面开展了卓有成效的工作，现已成为在全球层面协调各国金融监管当局和国际金融监管标准制定者的重要机构。金融稳定理事会机制化运行主要表现在三个方面：义务性加大、约束力增强和授权性增加。在未来发展中，金融稳定理事会应进一步提升自身的代表性和决策机制的合法性，通过自身的影响力将国际金融机构和监管标准制定机构更紧密地联系起来，并进一步提升对成员国的影响力。
金融穩定理事會自2009年成立以來，在促進全毬金融鑑管體繫的改革與完善，推動國際金融鑑管標準的製定和執行方麵開展瞭卓有成效的工作，現已成為在全毬層麵協調各國金融鑑管噹跼和國際金融鑑管標準製定者的重要機構。金融穩定理事會機製化運行主要錶現在三箇方麵：義務性加大、約束力增彊和授權性增加。在未來髮展中，金融穩定理事會應進一步提升自身的代錶性和決策機製的閤法性，通過自身的影響力將國際金融機構和鑑管標準製定機構更緊密地聯繫起來，併進一步提升對成員國的影響力。
금융은정리사회자2009년성립이래，재촉진전구금융감관체계적개혁여완선，추동국제금융감관표준적제정화집행방면개전료탁유성효적공작，현이성위재전구층면협조각국금융감관당국화국제금융감관표준제정자적중요궤구。금융은정리사회궤제화운행주요표현재삼개방면：의무성가대、약속력증강화수권성증가。재미래발전중，금융은정리사회응진일보제승자신적대표성화결책궤제적합법성，통과자신적영향력장국제금융궤구화감관표준제정궤구경긴밀지련계기래，병진일보제승대성원국적영향력。
Since its foundation in 2009,the financial stability board has made remarkable achievements in promot-ing the reform and improvement of the global financial regulatory system and promoting the formulation and implemen-tation of the international financial regulatory standards. It has now become an important institution of global financial coordination and international financial regulatory standard-setter. The running mechanism of financial stability board is mainly manifested in three aspects:more compulsory, more binding and increased authorization. In future develop-ment,the financial stability board should further enhance its representativeness and the legitimacy of the decision-mak-ing mechanism. With its influence, it should closely link the international financial institutions and regulatory stan-dards-setting bodies to further enhance its influence on the members.
