运用光阑函数的复高斯展开和广义衍射积分公式,推导出了异常空心光束通过带硬边圆形光阑失调A BCD光学系统的近似传输公式。作为应用特例,通过数值计算,研究了异常空心光束通过硬边光阑失调光学系统的传输特性。结果表明,衍射光束的归一化光强分布和传输规律与光阑宽度、失调量、传输距离等因素密切相关。

By using the complex Gaussian expansion of the aperture function and the generalized integral formula ,an approximate analytical formula for an anomalous hollow beam passing through a hard-apertured misaligned paraxial optical system is derived .As an application example ,the propagation properties of an anomalous hollow beam through a hard-apertured misaligned thin lens are studied by numerical calculations . The results show that , the normalized intensity distribution of the output beam and the propagation properties are closely related with the factors of aperture width ,the misalignment and the transmission distance .
