用铬天青-S分光光度法测定膨化食品中的铝含量,利用三价铝离子在乙二胺-盐酸缓冲溶液中与铬天青-S及溴化十六烷基三甲基铵反应生成绿色三元络合物在610 nm处测其吸光度,利用标准曲线方程计算出其含量.结果发现:样品中87.5%符合标准,品牌膨化食品铝含量较低,不合格产品为散装的膨化食品.
用鉻天青-S分光光度法測定膨化食品中的鋁含量,利用三價鋁離子在乙二胺-鹽痠緩遲溶液中與鉻天青-S及溴化十六烷基三甲基銨反應生成綠色三元絡閤物在610 nm處測其吸光度,利用標準麯線方程計算齣其含量.結果髮現:樣品中87.5%符閤標準,品牌膨化食品鋁含量較低,不閤格產品為散裝的膨化食品.
용락천청-S분광광도법측정팽화식품중적려함량,이용삼개려리자재을이알-염산완충용액중여락천청-S급추화십륙완기삼갑기안반응생성록색삼원락합물재610 nm처측기흡광도,이용표준곡선방정계산출기함량.결과발현:양품중87.5%부합표준,품패팽화식품려함량교저,불합격산품위산장적팽화식품.
The experiment determined the aluminum content in puffed food with the chromium azure-S spectrophotometry ,used the green ternary complex which was produced by the reaction of trivalent aluminum ion with chromium azure-S and cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide in the ethylenediamine hydrochloric acid buffer solution to measure its absorbance in 610 nm place , and calculated its content by a standard curve equation .The results show that 87 .5% samples meet a criterion ,the puffed food with brands has low content of aluminum ,off-test products are those puffed food loose .
