以1,3,5-三甲基-1,3,5-三苯基环三硅氧烷(D3')为原料,水为封端剂,丙酮为溶剂,在催化剂存在下一步直接合成低聚合度羟基封端聚甲基苯基硅氧烷,主要研究了不同的催化剂、不同的工艺条件对产物收率和平均聚合度的影响,并对产物进行了表征.研究结果表明:以D3'为原料,氨水为催化剂,在50℃下反应2.5 h ,可得到羟基质量分数为3.4%的目标产物羟基封端聚甲基苯基硅氧烷,其收率为96.64%.

Taking 1 ,3 ,5-trimethyl-1 ,3 ,5-triphenylcyclotrisiloxane as the raw material ,water as the terminator ,acetone as the solvent ,hydroxyl-terminated polymethylphenylsiloxane with low polymerization degree was directly synthesized with catalysts in one step .The paper studied different effects of different catalysts and process conditions on the yield of the product and average polymerization degree ,and characterized the product .The results showed that 3 .4% (mass percent) hydroxyl content of the hydroxyl-terminated polymethylphenylsiloxane were obtained when using ammonia as catalyst at 50 ℃ for 2 .5 hours .At this reaction condition ,1 ,3 ,5-trimethyl-1 ,3 ,5--triphenylcyclotrisiloxane could be almost completely used up with the yield 96 .64% .
