目的:观察健康干预对冠心病患者戒烟,他汀类及阿司匹林使用等行为的改善作用。方法选择有吸烟史的冠心病患者300例,通过多种途径开展健康干预,采取问卷调查评价干预前后吸烟、他汀类和阿司匹林的使用情况以及失败原因。结果干预前后吸烟率、他汀类的使用人数比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但阿司匹林的使用人数比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);戒烟不成功、未使用他汀类及阿司匹林的主要原因分别为缺乏自我控制能力、认为血脂正常不需要服药、合并消化道疾病等。结论健康干预能提高冠心病患者戒烟率,他汀类和阿司匹林的使用率,是基层地区慢性病适宜技术推广的有效途径之一。

목적:관찰건강간예대관심병환자계연,타정류급아사필림사용등행위적개선작용。방법선택유흡연사적관심병환자300례,통과다충도경개전건강간예,채취문권조사평개간예전후흡연、타정류화아사필림적사용정황이급실패원인。결과간예전후흡연솔、타정류적사용인수비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05),단아사필림적사용인수비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05);계연불성공、미사용타정류급아사필림적주요원인분별위결핍자아공제능력、인위혈지정상불수요복약、합병소화도질병등。결론건강간예능제고관심병환자계연솔,타정류화아사필림적사용솔,시기층지구만성병괄의기술추엄적유효도경지일。
Objective To observe the change on smoking cessation , use of statins and aspirin in patients with coronary heart disease and analyze factors contributing to the disease .Method 300 patients having coronary heart disease and smoking habit were selected as subjects for the study and asked to participate in heath interventions .First observed the change on smoking cessation , use of statins and aspirin by patients with coronary heart disease and then analyzed possible factors contributing to the disease after heath interventions .Findings It had a significant difference in the smoking rate , the use of statins after heath education (P<0.05).But no significant difference was observed in the use of aspirin (P>0. 05 );the main reason for unsuccessful quit and non-use of statins and aspirin lie in lack of self control , suspension of intake of statins in the normal lipid .Conclusion Health interventions can improve the health of patients with coronary heart disease, increase quit rates, improve the utilization rate of statins and aspirin , which can serve as an effective way in treating chronic diseases .
