DV4-1000型直读光谱仪(美国BAIRD公司)其重要光学部件易受温度、湿度、使用年限等因素影响,检测数据有不同程度的波动。结合质量管理中控制图统计方法(6σ原理)和数理统计最小概率原理,利用在相对恒温、恒湿的环境条件下在一段时间内积累的数据,绘制成X -R控制图,用判异准则判别直读光谱仪是否处于稳定的状态。

The important optical components of DV4-1000 direct reading spectrometer (made in United States BAIRD company) were affected by temperature,humidity, life expectancy and so on, so that its test data had fluctuation. Combined with the graph statistic process control in quality management (6 Sigma principle) and statistical minimum probability principle, test data accumulated in a period was used to draw X -R control chart, on the basis of it, judgment rule was used to judge the stability of the DV4-1000 direct reading spectrometer.
