提出了一种变栅距闪耀光栅相对衍射效率计算方法,它是基于变栅距闪耀光栅衍射强度分布公式得出的。该方法简洁、有效,虽然有一定的近似性,但在工程设计上仍有较强的指导性。此外,还得出变栅距闪耀光栅参数对其衍射效率的影响规律,对优化制作工艺提供了理论依据。

A calculation method based on the relative diffraction efficiency of varied line-space blazed grating was presented in this paper,which is obtained through varied line-space grating diffraction intensity distribution formu-la.This method is simple,effective,although there is certain approximation,it is still instructive in engineering de-sign.In addition,the influencing rule of varied line-space grating parameters on the diffraction efficiency is obtained, which provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of production process.
