医学生的人文素质教育是高等医学教育的重要组成部分，对培养适应当代要求的医学人才、实现医学的可持续发展具有重要的作用。本文对福建省和台湾地区(简称闽台)医学生人文素质教育进行比较研究，重点提炼出台湾地区在医学生人文素质教育方面的成功经验，为大陆医学人文教育的改进和完善提供参考，促进闽台文化教育的交流。

Humanity education is an important part of higher medical education, which plays a vital role in the aspects of training medical talents who meet the requirements or realizing medical sustainable development. The article made a comparison on humanity education between Fujian and Taiwan medical students, it focused on summarizing the successful experience in the field of medical humanity education in Taiwan, which could provide clues for the improvement in mainland medical humanity education and promote Fujian-Taiwan communication on the culture education.
