为明确黑龙江和吉林省稻瘟病菌种群多样性,采用Pot2-Rep-PCR方法对来自黑龙江省和吉林省部分稻区49个稻瘟病菌菌株的DNA进行指纹分析。研究结果表明,供试的稻瘟病菌种群在DNA水平上变异较大,存在丰富的多态性;在20个遗传谱中第2个谱系为优势谱系,包含黑龙江省11个菌株,吉林省9个菌株,其他19个系谱的菌株数为1~10个不等。谱系3菌株既是黑龙江省菌株,又是黑龙江省特有的谱系类型。聚类分析结果表明,参试稻瘟菌株遗传多样性程度(系谱数/菌株数)黑龙江省(7/23=0.3043)、吉林省(11/26=0.4230),吉林省稻瘟病菌的多样性要强于黑龙江省稻瘟病菌。

To define the diversity of rice blast strains of Heilongjiang and Jilin,49 isolates of Magnaporthe oryzae from rice of Heilongjiang and Jilin were analyzed by Pot2-rep-PCR for genetic diversity. DNA fingerprint patterns of the isolates showed that there were many differences among the isolates from different areas. In 20 genetic lineages of M. oryzae,the 2th was dominant one, which contained 11 strains of Heilongjiang,J9 strains of Jilin and 19 other groups of strains of the range 1 to 10.The strains of groups 3 were not only strains of Heilongjiang but also the characteristic types of Heilongjiang. Clustering analysis indicated that the level of genetic diversity(pedigree/strain)of isolates was Heilongjiang(7/23=0.304 3),Jilin(11/26=0.423 0),and the diversity of rice blast fungus in Jilin was higher than that in Heilongjiang.
