采用基于涡格升力线理论的开源程序OpenProp对低噪声螺旋桨进行了几何重新设计和敞水性能曲线预报,分析了非均匀进流对敞水效率的影响,并对开源程序应用于螺旋桨几何重构和水动力性能预报上的精度由DTMB4119标准桨给予了校验。结果表明:重构4119桨的敞水性能曲线与原桨实验值在大范围进速系数内吻合良好,重构低噪声桨的敞水性能曲线也与原桨模型试验测量值吻合一致,证明了该开源程序在普通桨以及低噪声桨几何重构和水动力性能快速预报上的适用性,可直接用于舰艇初始方案设计阶段的螺旋桨设计分析。

The geometric redesign of a low noise propeller and the prediction of its open-water per-formance are based on the OpenProp of the vortex lattice lifting line theory .The effect of non-uniform inflow on the efficiency is analyzed .T he precision of the geometry reconstruction of the propeller and hydrodynamics prediction is validated by the predicted values of the standard DTMB 4119 propeller . The results show that the predicted open-water performance of the reconstructed 4119 propeller corre-sponds very well with the experimental value of its prototype in a big range of advance ratio and that the open-water performance of the reconstructed low noise propeller coincides with the measured value of its prototype .It is proved that the OpenProp tool suitable for the geometry reconstruction and hy-drodynamics predication of both ordinary and low-noise propellers can be directly applied to the design of propellers at the early stage of ship design scheme .
