针对省调、地调远动定值分别维护，数据不一致、更新不及时的问题，提出省地一体化远动定值维护方案，从省地一体化远动定值编制规范的制定和主站数据库自动生成工具的开发等方面对该方案进行分析，认为该方案可减少工作量，提高远动定值执行效率，保障自动化基础数据质量。

To solve the problems which are caused by the pro-vincial and district separately maintenance of tele-control system setting-list ,such as data inconsistencies and data not being updated ,this paper introduces a provincial and district integrated maintenance program of tele-control system set-ting-list .Through analysis on provincial and district integrat-ed tele-control system setting-list drawing up standard ,and the independently developed database generating tool ,this paper considers the maintenance program can reduce work-load ,improve work-efficiency ,and guarantee the quality of automation basic data .
