①目的探讨4种化疗药物对不同舌癌细胞的敏感性，为临床化疗提供理论依据。②方法通过MTT法对Tca83舌癌细胞株和裸鼠舌癌动物模型原代细胞按药物浓度梯度1ng/mL、10ng/mL、25ng/mL、100ng/mL、5μg/mL进行药物敏感性试验，并通过SPSS 19．0对数据进行分析处理。③结果2种来源的肿瘤细胞对4种化疗药物的敏感性差别无统计学意义（ P ＞0．05）。④结论原代肿瘤细胞培养的化疗药物敏感实验可以获得较稳定的结果，对临床化疗药物的选择有一定的指导价值。

Objective Through 4 kinds of chemotherapy drugs sensitivity to different tongue cancer cells ,provide theoreti-caLbasis for clinicaLchemotherapy .Methods Conduct experiment of drug sensitivities on Tca 83cells and primary cells of nude mice models by MTT method,and analyze data by SPSS19 .0 Concentration gradient of drug used were 1ng/mL、10ng/mL、25ng/mL、100 ng/mL、5μg/mL.Results Sensitivities of 4 kinds of chemotherapeutic drugs on the two sources of tongue tumor cells have no significant differences ( P >0.05).Conclusion Experiment of chemotherapeutic drugs sensitivities on primary tumor cells can obtain stable results and have a certain guiding value for selection of clinicaLchemotherapy drugs .
