采用问卷法，对高校16个班级572名学生进行了班级团队建设的现状调查。结果发现，当代大学生班级团队建设的现状令人堪忧，学生对辅导员、班干部、班级氛围、班级活动的满意度均比较低。本文就如何提高大学生班级团队建设进行了深入分析。

This article bases itself on a questionnaire survey of 572 students from 16 classes on team building situation.The result is worrying.Students generally have low satisfaction with their advi-sors,class leaders,class atmosphere and class activities.This paper gives an in depth analysis of the situation before putting forward some countermeasures.
